All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours except where noted. Shipping by UPS Ground normally takes 5 business days or less for delivery within the continental United States. If no one is home during the day, a notice will be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package.
Alaska, Hawai, Puerto Rico, and Guam
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam must be shipped via 2-day air or United States Postal Service. Some items require additional truck or air shipping charges and you will be notified where applicable. Please call or e-mail us if you have any questions or concerns.
Custom orders ( any items with logo ) are usually shipped out within 2 to 6 business days
We will ship anywhere in the world. We will contact you shortly after receiving your order via e-mail with specific shipping costs for your area of the world. Customs, duty, and taxes will be collected by your countrys customs service where applicable. Please call or e-mail us if you have any questions or concerns regarding international orders.
Before placing your order, check to be certain all parcels will be accepted and delivered to your APO-FPO location. All APO-FPO shipments will be sent insured Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Size limits may exist on some items. You will be contacted via e-mail if items ordered are not consistent with the United States Postal Service size and weight regulations. Please call or email us if you have any questions or concerns regarding APO-FPO shipments. All APO-FPO shipping will be quoted via email before shipment.
Heavy and oversized items
Some items require extra shipping based on size or weight that will be added to the prices above. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the items description.

You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 120 days. (This policy does not apply to custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. Please call or email us if you have any questions or concerns regarding our warranty policy.
The order will be cancelled if the customer will not respond within 14 days (from the submission date of order).
If there is any problem with the logo, credit card or any other problem and customer dont respond the order will be cancelled automatically.
If a product develops a problem or is not useable due to a manufacturer,s defect, Please contact to Our Office . and send with copy of Invoice that accompanied your order describing the reason for your return and the action you would like taken.

It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS Ground. Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for return shipping charges.
